Handmade in Italy

Previously limited to world championship racers, the tailor-made and customised racing suit is now available to everyone. Born from the meeting between an Italian craftsman and a French designer, our suits are designed in France before being handmade in Italy.

Born from the race

For a tailor-made racing suit, the balance between ergonomics, comfort and safety is essential.

Guided by this philosophy, backed by our Italian manufacturer with 40 years of experience and hundreds of proven MotoGP™ racing suits, we embarked on an uncompromising quest to create an efficient and robsut racing suit.

RS | TECH-AIR

Quite simply the most sophisticated racing suit in ASD's history.

The RS | Tech-Air® is officially compatible with the Alpinestars Tech-Air® Race airbag vest. It was designed in collaboration with Alpinestars to allow for optimal airbag inflation in the event of a crash.

As for MotoGP™ riders, the Tech-Air® Race vest is fully integrated, installed between the racing and the removable liner, using a zip and velcro system. This makes it easy to put on the racing suit.

All you have to do is connect the activation flaps before closing the racing suit.

The Alpinestars LCD screen is located on the sleeve to monitor the proper functioning of the airbag.

The charge is done through the USB cable accessible via the zip on top of the aerodynamic hump.

Tailor-made

27 measurements are necessary to make your ASD racing suit. We will accompany you for your measurements during an appointment, either by videoconference, in store or on a racetrack when possible.

Design

Our designs are offered in a wide range of trendy colors to match the different brands of motorcycles and our graphics kits. They include your sponsors logos, your name and your race number - we'll take care of the graphic design, as we do for the top riders.

100% custom

You are riding for a team and need to respect its graphic charter? Or you want an unique design? Choose our RS or RS | Tech-Air® Custom model: we will design a racing suit entirely customized to your expectations.

Premium choice

Our Italian-tanned full-grain kangaroo leather provides flexibility and strength despite its reduced weight. Our RS racing suits are also available in full-grain cowhide, again tanned in Italy, at a more affordable price.

Protection

TPU outer shells protect shoulders, elbows and knees and maximize slide in the event of a crash. These particularly exposed areas also receive SAS-TEC™ (on RS | Tech-Air® models) and Betac® Level 2 interior protections. Protection is completed with reinforcing foams attached to the liner at the biceps, ribs, hips and tailbone.

Attention to detail
Each logo is sized, printed in high resolution and then carefully cut by hand before being glued and sewn onto the racing suit.

  2. Select your design.

  3. Choose your base color.

  4. Follow the customization process (change colors, add logos, names and race numbers).

  5. A mock-up of your design will be sent to you by e-mail for validation before manufacturing.

TAILOR-MADE ACCOMPANIEMENT

As soon as we have received your order, we will contact you to arrange a measurement session.

During this appointment, we will help you take your measurements as accurately as possible.

We finish with a photo session to help our pattern makers get familiar with your morphology. These measurements and photos allow the workshop in Italy to create your racing suit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your order is processed upon receipt of your 50% non-refundable deposit by bank transfer.

After validation of your design and the taking of your measurements, your order is sent to Italy, where your racing suit goes through the modeling process before entering final production.

At this point, it is no longer possible to make changes to the model.

When the racing suit is ready, we contact you for the transfer of the balance in order to prepare its shipment.

DEADLINE

In most cases, your racing suit is manufactured within 6 to 8 weeks from the validation of your design.

Feel free to contact us if you need your racing suit urgently for a specific event: we will see together how to meet this deadline in the best conditions according to our possibilities.
